I ordered 4 meals from the kiosk to take away, got home to find 2 meals missing and the other 2 banquet meals incorrect. Similar experiences with the drive through.

A quiet KFC restaurant, but friendly staff and service. Pity the fries are a let down since they changed them, not a reflection on this restaurant, but KFC in general.

This place has gone so downhill so I?m very disappointed to have to write a review so low.
Time and time again when myself and my partner order online, the food is always cold, we never get our gravy and on the off chance that we do? It?s extremely runny. Got three small pieces of chicken in my ricebox and there wasn?t even any coating on it. Probably the last time that I?d be getting from there.

i ordered one large fry at 3:39 and i?m still waiting for it and it?s not 4:07, i also ordered gravy separately and the gravy was just liquid and not thick at all

Used to love this KFC but it has gone to the dogs staff are rude uninterested never have napkins imagine having to go to the toilets to get toilet roll to wipe hands that's every time I come here shocking then to find out none of the toilets had rolls anyway absolute shambles order was wrong also and cold fly's all over the place tables filthy bins overflowing everyone in the place was complaining to wish the owners would do something this used to be a good place I've spent a lot of money in here over the years well use have lost a very loyal customer joke of a place now letting kids run the business why easy paid or something useless

My family and I went here tonight for a quick dinner and we're sorry we bothered, we spent nearly £40 and talk about a waste of money! We choose table service waited about 15 minutes for our food which I can tell you wasn't easy when you've 2 kids 1 of which is autistic and isn't easy to keep entertained , when our food finally arrived it came in a takeaway bag with half our order missing no plates, cups, napkins, no chips ,a small bottle of juice when we'd paid for the large bottle when I took our order back up I was told they didn't have any plates, napkins or large bottles of juice they then practically threw the chips at me which turned out to be cold when i said id been charged for the large bottle i was told they couldnt do anything about it the system wouldn't let them !!!! The place it's self was stinking multiple dirty tables with dirty trays probably the reason why our food was brought to us in a bag and, over flowing bins , the staff seemed to not really care about anything but then again when you're employing teenagers to run the place it isn't really surprising, we weren't the only ones to complain a few other people did as well 1 lady went back to the counter on no less than 4 separate occasions, seems there's more effort and time put into the just eat etc driver's than the actual physical customer's if done that yous might fair better.very disappointed and will be in no hurry to go back again.
