Arrived surrounded by dirty plates on most tables, waited a while for drinks order, drinks arrived to table without any ice, warm and all drinks were flat. Was told they had ran out of ice cubes earlier in the day. Also told they ran out of medium glasses and knives (looking at dirty tables) Food arrived without any cutlery to eat it with, waited another couple of minutes for the cutlery to get to the table whilst our meals our sat infront of us. Chicken burger was raw in the centre. We were there for 1 hour 30mins and in that entire time no dirty tables were cleared. The waiter was extremely apologetic through the whole experience and seemed very under pressure from kitchen staff. Over heard other customers complaining, Not a great experience celebrating two birthdays at our table and a dreadful meal costing over £100. Won't be back again in a long time.

My & and another family member visited for lunch ordered the omelette which had a large chicken bone and a piece of plastic from a bottle lid inside, We had to approach the front desk as no staff came near us to see if everything was ok we told the young girl we had found piece of plastic & a chicken bone in our food , She give a quick apology and deducted the two diluted drinks of our bill !!
That was it felt like they couldn?t care less and just pay your bill and off you go not great customer service/ care

Just had a meal there. Very disappointing. No real taste off the peppered chicken sizzler, apart from garlic. The pepper sauce was so watery when we had to order some more as there was none in the dish. Used to love going there. It's gone down hill a lot

The portions are huge; the food is great and the prices are fair. There?s a great variety on their menu, so it should suit everyones taste.
All staff were very friendly, especially Gonçalo who gave us tips and advice about the food. Place was great, definitely recommend.

An excellent meal as always but the service wasn't as good. We sat for ages after finishing our mains as we wanted to order deserts but no one came near us. Other than that very good meal.

Used to love it here. Came here, for lunch. Partner is vegetarian. They were unwelcoming and un-accommodating. Said the only thing they could do was an omelette. Terrible service, staff were a little bit rude and eye rolled at the suggestion of a vegetarian lunch. Had to order a something and remove meat items, which greatly reduced the size of the meal and no other accomodations were made. My meal was sub par. Chicken was overcooked, a little rubbery and chewy but the fries were excellent.

my family and I booked a table for 5.30 on Saturday, for 12 people. Firstly our table was mistakenly given to another party, honest mistake, we got seated in a far corner. A couple of our party was late so the rest of the party ordered before they got to the restaurant. I had to go and find someone to take our order. our order was taken before 6pm. The remaining people in our party arrived about 6 and placed their order, the waiter had to be found again, he informed us that the first order had already been started so they would have to serve our party at separate times, which WASNT A PROBLEM! We then sat and waited for 3 starters, which we had been told where in the way, we waited, and waited, a waiter had to be FOUND again, and was told we had a show to get to and the show STARTED at 7.30. We waited, another one of our party asked again about the starters, this was nearly 6.30 at this point, they were told very uprubtly that he would see what he could do. We waited... my mother in law then had to FIND a waiter to tell them that they had better bring the mains out with the starters for the first order of our table as we did not have time to wait. We waited, close to 7pm came and the starters arrived- 2 orders of crispy boats and an order of chicken wings, the boats were not crispy, the tobacco onions on top were not crispy, there was a minimal amount of very fatty bacon and a little chicken, with a spot of pepper sauce, not as advertised to say the least! The chicken wings were terrible too, they looked and tasted like they had been cooked the day before and refried at least twice, they were dry and next to no meat in them, the adult they were for refused to eat them, but the kid we had with us was starving so his Dad removed what meat there was on the wings and the kid ate them!
Again we waited, for the mains promised at the same time as the starters, until 7.10, we then had to leave as the show we had booked started in 20 mins and we still had to get to the theatre! My husband informed the manager that we were leaving, that our experience was terrible and we were very upset. he was met woth cheek and arrogance! We went to pay for the things that were served (drinks and 3 starters in the 1 hour and 40mins we were there for!) especially as the kid had actiually eaten the chicken wings, I started to explain our experience to a very embaressed young man at the till who just kept saying "that's ok" to which I eventually replied "well, no its not really OK is it?" and suitably embaressed he excused our bill and apologised.
if I could give a minus in the star ratings I most definitely would. Cheeky manager, slow service, less than subpar food in a run down, falling apart restaurant!
DO NOT GO ITS A WASTE OF TIME!! VERY UNHAPPT!!

I?m not sure where to begin, the table collapsed on us which was heavy and caused injury, to which the staff didn?t pay any attention when we flagged them down multiple times and showed them what happened. The food takes WAY TOO LONG to come out even when it practically empty. Very pricy for food that is often cold when served and staff is mostly rude and inattentive. Only reason I return is because it?s the only proper restaurant in Larne
