Went in to subway on saturday with my son who was so hungry after his football match. Told they had no bread left and would need to wait 15 minutes. So we decided to wait. 20 minutes went by and another customer came in to the shop and was told they would need to wait 10 minutes! Not once did the staff tell us the time had been extended and they knew we had been standing waiting all that time! So we left along with other angry customers. How does a sandwich shop run out of bread? Absolutly disgraceful. Alot of young staff who don't have a clue what they are doing. Few times I've visited and have been told they have ran out of items. After this time I will not be back!

Honestly me and my sister went in because we weren't paying to sit in greegs so we asked the worker if it's free to sit in she said yes then two minutes later she asked us to buy something so we had to buy two cookies

Was having one of those Saturday mornings so order a Subway delivery. Waited over 2 1/2 hours and still didn?t receive my order. Tried asking for an update through Just Eat and calling a few times but didn?t get a single answer. Absolutely shocking.

Went for a gluten free salad meal. Ordered through the app. Went down to pick it up only to find they knew nothing about it. Said they hadn?t received an order and had to go look for it. Got the meal went home only to find there was no meat or sauce on the salad. So only came away with just a salad. Took it back and was told it was ?just a wee mistake?. How can you forget the main ingredients !Poor poor poor. Wound not recommend to anybody.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free. Good when the get the ingredients actually in it.

Subway?s my absolute favourite takeaway and hangover cure, which is why it?s so brutal ordering from Larkhall?s subway; every time we order it?s a 50% chance they forget something or send the wrong sandwich.Other than that most of the staff are lovely.
