Went in to subway on saturday with my son who was so hungry after his football match. Told they had no bread left and would need to wait 15 minutes. So we decided to wait. 20 minutes went by and another customer came in to the shop and was told they would need to wait 10 minutes! Not once did the staff tell us the time...
