Everyone can make mistakes, but whenever this garage makes 1 or 2 or even 4 so far, there's never a sorry, just a sarcastic remark and looks that could kill. They obviously don't like it when the customer is right.

The lovely lady behind the til was extremely kind enough to let me borrow the staff bathroom and she was so kind after to hold the button so I could get out the garage.

Scammers - False Advertising - Reported to Trading Standards\\n\\nWent to fill up and the price was displayed at 1.969 went to fill up and got charged 2.069 so yeah mistakes sometimes get made, unhappy but got on with life. The next day seen the price displayed was now 1.999 .... curious i checked the pump price, it now shows as 2.099. Cleary this isn't just a mistake they are knowingly misleading and price gouging. Shell are quite happy to advertise the garage but are unwilling to even condem this garage for its actions as \\\"it's independent\\\" avoid at all costs theres another 2 garages within a short distance, use either of those instead.

£2.09 for 99 E5. Stop taking the pee. I have complained to Shell UK. Station was empty, wonder why. Even up in expensive Aberdeen, the 99 was only £1.87. Tesco in future, won't be back in this place.
