I needed a new washing machine.I phoned on Monday 20th at 9Am.I ordered the machine I chose and paid for it.I was delighted that it would be delivered on the Friday.The two men who came with it were excellent.Very professional.They removed the old one and even cleaned the floor before installing the new one.I was delighted with the service.That is why I go to Frank Craig,its the personal touch from beginning to end.Excellent Service.Many Thanks.

This is a good store with some stock available for very quick delivery. Able to give advice and recommend tradesmen to help with installation or general work. Never disappointed, they give knowledgeable, friendly, cheerful service.

Shopped here twice in as many weeks, prices are better than internet and take away same day, bought freezer for daughter , then today bought Sony bluetooth sound bar with USB woofer.Didn't sound to bad in shop , but bearing in mind your house is furnished, this system works excellent, and was a great buy , and againTake away same day.Cant fault local store and knowledge, plus they look after you very well.Will always shop here now for all electric items , well worth the travel time to get what you want when you want it .

EXCELLENT SERVICE, would highly recommend this company. Purchase, delivery and installation date of washing machine as quoted, and any queries / questions are dealt with, if not by phone within working hours, then by messenger within half hour max.
