Very long wait and half of the time the staff were just sitting around talking instead of actually doing anything. Not even listening to the manager!!!!
New management needed as this one has no control over their workers!!!!!

I come into Larkhall Costa on a daily basis in the morning. Fantastic place. Atmosphere is always upbeat. Staff are attentive and super friendly. Manager always takes time out her busy day to have a chat. A super friendly lady! Would highly recommend Larkhall Costa!!

One of the best Costa?s I?ve visited. I come here every now and then when I am passing through and the staff are always incredibly bubbly, and are always up for a great laugh. The manager is always working hard to make sure the whole experience is the best it can be

Go to Costa every week to meet up with friends, staff are all friendly, and all chat away , they also have the best mocha , don?t usually eat but when I do toasties are good , place is always nice and clean, great service good atmosphere.

I love this Costa shop, always a place to go for the community to be welcomed. The manager and staff are always chatty and professional. They always offer assistance if someone who need some extra care i.e taking the coffee to the table if you have a push chair.
The shop is clean and staff appear to have a huge amount of pride in their work standards.
No 1 costa in south lanarkshire.

The staff in here are absolutely fantastic. They know their customers and remember the drink orders. Always love coming in here. The children's book area is a great addition! Saw a few kids enjoying a book while they're parents enjoy a drink! Will always come back to this Costa!

Horrible experience i cant even leave my house to get a coffee as soon as i walked in the door the manager was rude and making fun of my disabilitie i am blind in one eye and have and eye patch he called me a ?pirate? and ?captain hook? i am so upset and embarrassed that someone who works for a company this large is so insensitive and down right disgusting i can?t believe it do better costa and get this manager sacked!!!
