They made a mistake on my electric key said it didn't go through and instead of just trying again they told I had to wait 3 working days for a refund.

Good store. Supermarket size rather than convenience store. Wide selection of foodstuffs. The local Post Office is located inside. There is a good sized carpark plus some on street parking.

Love the refurbishment. However, I do not agree with having crisps/sweets in the same aisle as alcohol. What advert does that have forour youth. Also the prices of everything is horrific.

Absolutely appalling attitude from the lady with brown hair in the post office towards me and my little sister. I asked for first class proof of postage, and she turns around and says you do not need to ask for the proof of postage in very rude manner , shaking her head and rolling her eyes at us. Then proceeds to give me a stamp, never told me what to do with it and I was uncertain and asked, and the cheek I got back was horrendous. Left with my sister, the poor thing had restless legs due to her anxiety being that bad because of the situation. This ruined my entire day. I would say I wouldn?t be back, but unfortunately this is only post office near my house so next time I will be saying to the manager about this, this woman clearly isn?t happy in her life and job and takes it out on innocent customers, she needs the sack asap. BEWARE! Prepare yourself for your next visit.

Good selection of own brand items as well as other brands. Not the cheapest some items about 30% dearer. They do help local charities tho.

It's definitely more expensive than Asda and Lidl. Their food is OK but I only really buy milk and water etc. Staff are OK. But the lady at the post office can be very rude and grumpy. I try to avoid there when she's there. I don't know her name but she wears glasses.

Store staff are very nice , unfortunately cant say that about post office. Elderly lady with glasses is very rude and obnoxious. Not just my private opinion, many people stopped using coop post office because of the way they been treated and served with very bad manners.

Decent size shop with good range of products.Layout does feel a bit tired though with long narrow aisles.
