Once again empty shelves, staff blocking aisles with stock chatting to each other. Not a great choice of products and as for the self scan tills, I was in Asda today, it was gone 10am and folk were queuing for the self scan, not ONE single checkout open, and god forbid if you try and ask them to open a checkout, all you'll get is attitude.Why do you insist on making your customers use the self scan only, awful service.

Took my disabled mum in today to get our usual shopping, only this time she was in a wheelchair. Absolutely disgusted to find there was no trolleys for wheelchair users. Very disappointed

As for as asdas go this is a very good shop. Always clean and tidy and the shelves are always kept topped up as best as they can. It's not the biggest asda going so it can be limited in what it offers compared to the larger shops

Wouldnt recommend using Scan & Go (mobile app) at this store! Over worked staff & inadequate equipment make being selected for random check at Scan and Go checkout an extremely slow process. The management need to up their game & ensure the store has the appropriate level of staff and equipment

Absolute terrible shop. Will never be going back and will be contacting head office. When entering self checkout. The staff for some reason feel the need to enforce scanning of bags. It is only this adsa thst it happens in. My main concern is the fact these staff are holding bags, sneezing, rubbing there faces and coughing all over these bags before handing to coustomers. Clearly covid dosent exist to these people so will be contacting authorities about this also. To everyone that reads this. Stay clear of this shop unless you enjoy paying more for the same product every time you go in and then theres never bags or they walk about with the bags chained to them.
