Very disappointed on our second visit here the fish wasn’t very good greasy batter and not much fish inside for the price !

Fish was really greasy and sauaxe was smore like curry wurst.

Ordered online at 1540 for home delivery. After paying it told me the food would be delivered between 1700 and 1730! I thought it must have been a mistake, but nope, the food arrived at 1720. The Fish Works is a family run business run by husband and wife team Ross and Tiffany Irvin, both have worked in the food industry for over 40 years. Being Largs locals and working on the promenade daily, they had the idea of bringing to Largs, somewhere visitors and locals can come to enjoy fresh quality Scottish seafood in a relaxed environment with the best views of Firth of Clyde.
We strive to plough all our knowledge and passion for quality into providing customers with great sustainably sourced ingredients cooked fresh made to order. We wanted to supply traditional haddock and chips in the lightest crispy batter but also twists on the traditional like fresh langoustine tails, calamari, seasonal fish from the day boats of Peterhead.
