Owner needs some staff training, very bad attitude, selling jackets that has waterproof tag on, told her they weren't waterproof, jeez her attitude stank, I said don't you think you should remove the waterproof tags, she said no coz that's the way they come in, I said well your misleading customers, her reply she's never had any complaints, maybe she should read her reviews

Wouldn?t bother shopping here if you think your local business will deal with issues. Loyally shopped here for years and the first issue I have they aren?t interested. And you wonder why people don?t bother shopping locally.

Absolutely awful customer service. Attitude of lady behind till leaves a lot to be desired. I will never shop here again and neither will any of my family who all live in Largs. Quality ofClothing is terrible. Extremely disappointed customer. Staff need severe training on how to be civil to their customers.

The phone number you phone is not the right one I wanted to ask them about two top I bought as they are to tight I am bringing them back I want my money back but was told you don't get it back you have to buy something else they can't do that to customers you should get your money back as there nothing else in the shop to buy as the stuff just don't fit

Called in here to buy a coat as I had left mine at home. Didn't realise I had gone in the ladies shop. However the lady behind the till took the time and effort to go to their other shop to fetch a selection. When was the last time somebody did this for you. Well done time to open a branch in Kent!
