This is the only subway I've ever been to that doesn't ask what toppings you want.
I asked for my sandwich from the menu and he made it.
Wrapped it and I asked if I could have some jalapeños on it.......
He said no...
What do you mean no?
Fell out my mouth before I realised it.
He then unwrapped my sandwich to put a few jalapeños on it and said he would have to grill it open......
Every subway in the land does that don't they??
Grill the open sandwich then close it and wrap it...
Not these that's in Largs apparently....
Poor performance from the subway brand.
More bread than filling and they didn't even ask what bread I wanted......

If you fancy getting shouted at by subway and paying for the pleasure of it come here. So I ordered a subway for delivery today at 2pm and at 2:50pm I saw the driver pull into the top of my street. He got out the car at my neighbours house and then got back in the car with my order. It came up on just eat that it had been delivered, I called the shop multiple times before they answered. I was put on the phone with the driver and a staff member. The driver proceeded to shout at me saying that he had delivered it and said I was a liar. I asked him to describe what my house looked like and it was completely wrong so I said that he must have gone to the wrong house. And he kept saying no, and that I was lying. He told me to chill out and then hung up on me. My partner went down to the shop and they again said that he delivered it to my house, even had a photo which of course wasn?t my house.

I think this is the worst subway I've ever tried. I ordered the meatball sub, and I was very hungry in that - I would eat anything - kind of mood. When it was being prepared, I noticed there was a large amount of fruit flies around the salad section. When my sub arrived, I sat down at the table and bit into it and immediately spat it out. It tasted like cleaning chemicals... horrible and even had a chemical smell to it. The owner prepared me another one, which was good of him. But I asked for the southwest sause that just tasted like pure mayonnaise. Just seemed like they were adding mayonnaise to the sause to get more out of it, I didn't enjoy that either.

I have been spoken to by this man rudely on 3 seperate visits over the years, and the only reason I ever returned was because the kids wanted something. I will never again give you my custom, terrible service, salad counter is dirty and everything is a mess. Dirty tables, sorry, but nothing good to say about this place.

Was there yesterday popped in for salad box was nice and when I asked if I could upgrade to a meal juice cookie crisps etc the man that served me replied u tell me not the answer I was expecting a few minutes later a lady and her kids left upset by whatever happened in the shop to them and it was the same man

Given this subway chance after chance but won't be back now. They charge far too much for their incompetence, the order is wrong every single time and nothing is ever done to resolve any issues. Latest order was delivered with wrong sub and missing sides, phoned to let the manager know. He couldn't wait to get us of the phone and we were told 10 mins for missing items to arrive. 40 minutes later still nothing. For the amount of money they charge for a sandwich they can't be this bad.

I called to find out the status of my order which I had been waiting over an hour for. I was told delivery was not available and when I asked for a refund I was hung up on. Very, very poor service.

The server was extremely friendly. Asked all of the customers about their day and was very warm.Food was served quickly and very fresh.Really excellent service. Much nicer than the subways I've used in Glasgow :)

O my GodThis is the most greedy guy I never seen in my life.I asked him steak food long he just put little bit meat on it, almost empty bread he gave me.I think he is the boss.I am going to report him to subway as well, very rude and very poor costumer service.I am regular subway costumer but, this shop really disappointed me!!!
