second visit for both my husband and I. we couldn't be happier when we used to go to another branch we always needed new glasses even if it was only a minor change in prescriptio. this branch are the exact opposite if no change or very mirror they tell you your glasses are fine unless you want a change . staff so helpful knowledgeable and friendly . couldn't recommend this branch highly enough

Very happy with the service. All staff very friendly, helpful and professional. We have used the Hamilton branch for years and been very dissatisfied with them in every way possible. We decided to try Largs as we have a holiday home there. The only thing I am disappointed with is the fact that we didn't try Largs before now. The experience was like night and day. We will definitely be using Largs store from now on. All staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.Thank you so much to Chris and all the rest of the staff
