Very poor service, couldn?t possibly recommend them. Kitchen purchased in August 2021 with a promised 3 week install in November. Following a multitude of excuses work eventually started on 28th February 2022 then after another 8 weeks, full of excuse after excuse for not turning up, they went away on 1st April and never came back. Final excuse was a stolen van! Kitchen walls were left with live plugs and sockets hanging by their wires. They haven?t even had the courtesy to return our calls and messages. Now reported to Trading Standards Scotland. We are having to get the work completed by another contractor and will be taking legal action if necessary to get this additional cost refunded. Do not use this outfit under any circumstances!

Ryan provided a great service helping us upcycle our existing kitchen. He replaced the impractical wooden work top and sink/ tap unit, that would've cost a fortune to maintain properly, with a fabulous new granite one, new sink and tap. He carpentered in the space under the sink which had been filled with a butler sink, integrating it beautifully with the original carpenter made kitchen units. It was very satisfying to be able to keep the original carpenter made units, but make the whole sink area more practical and durable, hopefully bringing us pleasure for years to come. I would have given 5 ? but only seen pictures at present

Re our recent kitchen installation - Very poor workmanship and extremely poor customer service - once our deposit was paid then the excuses for not turning up started. Appliances were not earthed and were effectively left ?live?. Kitchen was started in Feb 2020 and was supposed to take 8 days - we went into lockdown with a half finished kitchen and (as it turned out) dangerous appliances. After lockdown the work slowly progressed but was so shoddy that I began to question the work we couldn?t see eg the electrics. We had it independently tested and that was when we found out the appliances were ?live?. When we asked Nigel Ryan about this, he walked out and never returned - the kitchen is still not finished and this is now December 2020. We had the kitchen rewired at a cost of £600 and threatened Nigel Ryan with legal action if he didn?t repay us this money - he repaid it in full. We have reported Ryan Interiors to Trading Standards. I wish I had never entered the shop. Meg Orr, Millport
