Needed to get an appointment on a Monday morning, and called a few minutes after the phonelines where opened, but the lines were completely blocked and busy. Decided to then wait approximately 20 minutes before I called again, and got through no problem and managed to get an appointment the same afternoon. Very smooth and painless (apart from my medical issue).

After short (4 mins) wait in the phone queue I spoke to a really helpful and nice receptionist who got me a appointment for 2 days ahead. Whole process was quick, efficient and friendly so thank you Brooksby (and NHS!).

If I could give you NO stars i would, your reception is abominable, sorry big word, the fact that if someone has an emergency not quite too bad for an ambulance but needs a doctor or at least a nurse to look at, you just wave a hand and say no.

GP?s and medical staff first class 5 star, let down by 1 member of reception staff who continues to be as rude and unhelpful as is possible.Most patients contacting the surgery are distressed to some degree, either physically or mentally, so to be greeted by being barked at date of birth with no identification or how can I help you is totally unacceptable.This is not the first time this individual has acted thus, twice she has had my wife in tears when she has contacted surgery during her cancer battle and numerous friends have suffered similar treatment.

I don't understand why it's necessary to be shouted at, Name Dob as if I am an army recruit , and not phoning a medical group, also this person refused to give her name, although asking for all my details , and then accused me of being rude and hung up I think manners at first point of contact are mportant, and although Doctors and Nursing staff are excellent, and most of reception I am afraid this person just doesn't like people

The lack of caring and empathy within this surgery is shocking. I've had many issues in the past 2 years with the latest being I cannot book my covid booster with them but instead I have to wait for the local health board to make contact. I've also tried to book a flu vaccine which I always get at the surgery but have been told there not doing them this year. I have been advised to pay at a local pharmacy to get this done. I think this is shocking. This surgery is putting people at risk and are not interested in the duty of care to there patients. As a carer it is soon going to become mandatory for me to get both vaccines. How can I do that with a surgery like this one???
