A superb shop with a fantastic array of independent spirits, including of course a great range of Arran whiskies. They also have beautiful homemade chocolates, ice cream and cheese! We forst visited on Friday evening, just having a nosey, the young man working was so knowledgeable about all the different products. We returned on Saturday to lighten our bank balance!! ?

Wonderful artisan ice cream, the taste is truly stunning with first class service. It is also open past 8pm which is a huge bonus during the summer. A must try if in Largs!

Geraldo's is a fantastic ice cream palour.
We were on holiday and we went to this ice cream shop when we wanted an ice cream because that is how delicious they are, (very moreish.)
The staff are really friendly, polite and helpful.
The gift shop is fantastic and it has a wide variety of sweets, chocolates, books and whisky and many more items for you to look at.
The ice creams i would recommend are Stracciatella, Scottish tablet, Cookies and cream, Mint choc chip, Raspberry ripple, Mango, Dark vegan chocolate and I would also would suggest that you get hot Nutella in your cone because it tastes really delicious.

We live in Australia and use Geraldo?s to send gifts to my mum in Largs. The service is impeccable. We had some issues with my mum not hearing the delivery, but we received consistent updates on attempted deliveries, and the issue was resolved. The gifts are always well received, with compliments on the products.

The Scottish tablet flavour (reminiscent of that of a fudge) was delicious. The gift shop also had a nice selection.

Enviable whisky selection - small number of bottles overall but some real choice stuff.

Please, please please if you don't want anyone to come into your shop before you open please don't have the door wide open and your sign outside, all giving the impression that you are open. It was 9.45am. When i went in i didnt see anyone then after 30 seconds or so I was told by this man there that he wasn't opened..I was so embarrassed. To make matters worse as I left he said...look it does say so there! Needless to to say I didn't even look to see what he was referring to although I did say to him that the sign was out.
I'm an owner of a chocolate shop and if I don't want people in before the opening time then I don't put my sign out or leave the door open! It saves awkward and embarrassing moments and I certainly wouldn't get the last word in by making a remark as they walked out the door to make them feel it was their fault.
Not nice!
