I am not one for doing these however, every so often I attend this Costa and I?ve never had a problem, On this occasion I had witnessed the barista use second hand oat milk that had been left on the window shelf from a previous customer that must have asked for it. How long it had remained by the window, I don?t know however not the point, paying £5 odd for a coffee I?d expect to at least have fresh milk and have at least the tinned mug they use to be washed out after every use. Am all about hygiene and for me that isn?t very hygienic.

I wanted to highlight some outstanding customer service at your Largs store, the staff are so friendly and willing to help. I used to be a regular customer as I work close by, however I have been on maternity leave for the last year and haven?t been in. I visited the store last week to try a new drink for me, the iced caramel whipped latte as I saw a promotion for it and it looked delicious. I was welcomed by the staff members Jake and Rachel with lovely big smiles, Jake took my order for my drink along with a hot chocolate for my son, to which I was asked if I would like the hot chocolate a little cooler as it was for him? a fantastic touch to the service! As we were leaving Jake and Rachel both said goodbye and have a nice day, such a friendly atmosphere and top class coffee!!!
Today I visited the store again with my partner, and couldn?t remember what the drink was that I had ordered previously, I said to your staff member Jake in a joking fashion ?can you remember what I ordered last week because that was amazing? and Jake, to my astonishment? remembered my order! The store is very busy and sees a lot of traffic, so for Jake to remember one persons order, not a regular order, was incredible. Again we were served with big smiles, friendly hello, goodbyes and thank you?s. The staff in this store really are giving first class service, and special recognition to Jake for making a knockout coffee and remembering my order from the previous week! These wonderful staff members for providing more than just a coffee. It really is appreciated!

This is my favourite coffee place in Largs and I can be described as a "regular". The staff are very pleasant, friendly and helpful, the food pretty much like any other Costa. My one concern, and it is a huge one, is one group of customers who have no hesitation in swearing and laughing loudly to the annoyance of other customers. It is not what people expect in a coffeeshop. People walk out because of this behaviour. Fortunately they are there only early in the morning. The rèst of the day is fine.

Terrible service.we took some children in for fireworks hot chocolate as a treat . The kids we took in have special needs so we're a bit excited by everything and a member of staff came over and bluntly asked for the noise to be kept down after spending 40.00 in the shop ?

Ants in 3 Coffees when I called store they didn't seem to care much said it just happens they would send my daughter voucher to cover cost of drinks.. never arrived. Whilst I like costa I wouldn't go in this costa.
