“I called in to the shop on Saturday and I was looking at books. There was a young man stocking books into the bookcase and he was so polite and said if I could wait a moment he would help me look for what I wanted. I could see the book wasn’t there but he was so lovely that I waited. I told him the author and after seeing in wasn’t there he asked me give a moment. He went to the back of the shop and returned with the book I wanted. So I took my list out of my purse and he got me 4 more. Jamie you were so polite and willing to really assist me. I hope your parents are proud of you son and the managers in the shop too. You are NOT my local shop, but I will be back again just because of YOU.
