Had some good trips with Stenhouse but recently booking through the app it says "taxi will be 15 minutes. Is that OK?" Answer yes then 30 minutes later still not dispatched. Phone office to be told it'll be another 15 minutes. Cancelled and used another firm.

Prebooked 2 taxis for sat night. Arrived 20 mins late after having to phone to chase up. Poor service. Wont be using again

Tried to pre-book 2 taxis from Falkirk Rugby Club in Camelon to go to Cafe Corvina in Falkirk. Apparently Stenhouse Taxi's don't cover the Camelon area and I had to try a 'Falkirk Taxi Company'. ?? Absolute joke of a company. Had some annoying experiences with them in the past but this one takes the biscuit. ??

Had a very bad conversation with the lady at stenhouse taxis. She was very rude as we were on a phone which was not clear. She misunderstood me and spoke to me very rudely and then hung up the phone. I have been using stenhouse taxis for last 5 years and was not at all expecting this kind of rude behavior. I will never use their services again.
