We’ve been customers for years and have always found their staff very helpful, and product quality very good - but their staff are what really make this place special!!! With a relative just recently discharged from hospital following major surgery and still too unwell to leave alone, have been unable to access good quality ‘thank you’ cards. Contacted Torwood asking if there would be any possibility of identifying particular cards bought previously and having them forwarded to us. They not only readily agreed but assuredly went the extra mile in doing so! Their kindness and personal input resulted in not only accessing the cards but was a greater encouragement than they would be aware of on an otherwise very difficult day. With especial thanks to both Amy and Mark, and the lovely gentleman who answered the phone, they are absolutely brilliant ambassadors for Torwood - which is an excellent Garden Centre!”
