Doesn't deserve one star! Placed an order Monday to be received Wednesday and the office said if there were any problems they would phone me back (didn't get a phone call so presumed all was ok). Tuesday night we get a phone call to say 8000Ltrs will be delivered Wednesday morning first drop (Ok but where is the other 15000Ltrs we ordered). Apparently the 15000ltrs has gone missing so we phone the office to reschedule that lot but state we still need the 8000Ltrs (as we will run out early afternoon without it!). 1pm no delivery, 2pm no delivery 2.30pm get a call from the delivery driver stating that he doesn't have time to deliver our load today. Ok!! after about 8 calls to the office, 2 to our rep we actually finally get an answer and apparently the driver who phoned us Tuesday night cancelled our order! unfortunately we have known that driver for a very long time and when I relayed the excuse to him he's was not best please. So to sum this whole sorry mess up, we ran out of fuel so had to turn custom away, the delivery driver got the blame for the mess the office made, and we are still waiting for our rep to actually call us back! I feel for the tanker drivers for this firm as they get the blame for all the mistakes the office make and all they are doing is there job (which they do very professionally). As far as we are concerned we are glad our contract is nearly up as we are sick of being fobbed off with poor excuses which are clearly not true to begin with.
