I took my mustang GT to West End Mechanical Services and had the owner Piotr personally work on my car. His knowledge and attention to detail is excellent. 5 hours, 2 new tyres, wheel alignment, tyre pressure sensor, tyre pressure monitoring system, full diagnostics and electrical rewiring (that I have been putting off for months due to multiple garages not wanting to touch it) and my Mustang has never ran better! Impressively I didn't even have to wait for parts as he had stock of everything including fuses and relays.Highly Recommended!Services: Cleaning

100% recommend! Don't hesitate to use this Garage if you're looking around. We have been here for a full service in the past and for an MOT recently and it's the first garage that I feel I fully trust. The service they provide feels honest and genuine and the costs are transparent and very, very fair. I have now recommended them to friends and family and wouldn't go anywhere else! Lovely people too which is always a plus!

Outstanding service. Easy to access from the main road and clear signage where to go to get to reception.I messaged Piotr (I think) on Friday to have a look at my car on the Monday and even though I fixed the problem on Sunday, he still insisted he check things over. I?m so glad I went along on Monday (today) because there was a leak. Piotr was really interactive and got me out to see the leak for myself. A quick 5 minute fix and I was on the road again! I will absolutely be returning and will recommend to family and friends.Services: Brake service & repair

Fantastic service from this garage. We only arrived in Lanark on the Friday evening having driven up from Warrington in Cheshire and found we had a problem with the exhaust. Fortunately we were in accommodation next door to the garage so took the car round first thing Saturday morning to enquire whether they were able to help. Piotr was very helpful and said leave it with him; he had a few jobs in but was only working until 12noon. The job was bigger than expected, phoned to say he might have to finish the job on Monday but on finding out we were leaving for home on Sunday he said he?d see what he could do. Received a call about 17:30 to say the job was done and we could collect the car, he had carried out welding and fixed the belly pan. The job was done for a fair price. This is without doubt the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had a puncture and they were the only garage who would/could help me on a Saturday. I phoned only ten minutes before the advertised closing time and was amazed when I was told "no problem, bring your car, we'll sort it out." After spending almost half an hour trying to find the puncture, it was decided it must be leaking from the rim. After a thorough inspection the wheel was replaced and re-inflated and I was on my way - a very happy new customer. Customer service of this high standard is very rare to find these days, I will definitely be back and would highly recommend this excellent garage. Thanks very much Piotr and the team.

I highly recommend this garage. Piotr couldn't have been more helpful and honest. A polite friendly gentleman collected my car, I think his name was David and he dropped it off late evening after they had finished working on it (2005 mini Cooper) and he took the time even after a long day to explain all they had done. Very knowledgeable and hard working people. We will definitely use this garage again for both cars. My car is now running like new.

Due to a bodged job carried out by another local garage nobody wanted anything to do with my dropped door on my mini due to the damage that was done to my car.I took my car to Peter who was more than happy to help.He gave me assurance that he would fix my problem and true to his word he carried out a super job on my carHe promised it would be fixed by the following day and he worked until 7.30pm to finish the work that night.The job was done to a high standard with a very fair price.I would happily recommend Peter and his garage and will be back for any future jobs that I will need doing.Service: Welding
