Absolutely woeful asked for a chicken tikka sub with nothing on it they made it with pepperoni and onion the first time then when I went in and said it was the wrong order they just added extra chicken to the same sub and gave me it back and I didn?t realise until I was home also the hash browns weren?t cooked properly and we asked for no jalapenos on our nachos and they didn?t listen to that either very disappointed £20 spent and the only thing way ate was the cookie absolutely shite

Would give zero if I could. Service is appalling I don?t think I?ve ever recieved the right order. Instead of speaking to a person they have replaced it with screens to order. Way over priced for some reason, especially compared to other nearby shops

Quite poor. Order on screens make it worse as you can?t control what you are getting ,so receive the worst they can make. Nachos have got really poor, much smaller than usual and don?t have real cheese on them. No worth the money staff where ok though

£17 for two meal deals, one of which was only a 6 inch. Ran out of Jalapeños. Missing a meal deal drink in the bag. Absolute joke.

Waited 1 hour on a delivery. When food eventually arrived it was squashed and stone cold. Food items missing from the order and one item replaced with another type of food which we didn?t ask for. Overall, disgusting.

Absolutely terrible, almost 2 hours to deliver and it?s stone cold and soaking wet for some reason. Nobody would eat that.
I then called them, to ask when the sandwich was made. I was told half an hour ago. I asked if they would make another sandwich seeing as it?s cold and wet. But the boy on the phone said he wasn?t going to do that because the food had arrived. Then he refused to give his name for it to be passed to management.

best word to use to describe this place. I wouldn?t say I?m a regular customer, but I do occasionally fairly crave a subway. The past 5-6 months I?ve been in 3 times, had couple of deliveries ordered too. Each time something is completely wrong with my order, whether that is the wrong toppings, toppings missing, wrong drinks etc. nevertheless the constant late deliveries, almost 2 hours for a Sandwich? Seriously? No answers to any phone calls when calling.
My partner and I, only ones in the shop when we ordered and we waited for 45 mins inside the shop for two subs, listened to the staff members arguing and managers(with black letters tattooed on his forearm) throwing tantrums and walking off into the back shop/storage area. Now I?m not one to complain but they really need to make sure they do everything right, people could be allergic to certain toppings, meats etc. When the tantrum throwing manager put the wrong topping on my sub, I let him know all for him to give me an eye roll, he just ripped the lettuce off. Causing my sub to be ripped and be mushed and still to actually have lettuce on it. That sub went straight into the bin! Lost my appetite.
A little advice for him! If you don?t like making other customers orders to their satisfaction, maybe try a career change? Or just be nicer to people? Don?t know how you even manage to get a job there. If I was your manager I?d fire you straight away. Disgusting behaviour.
The self - ordering system is a joke, today I was sitting on the chair waiting for my meal,(one sub- for 30mins) just watching every customer after me on the machines struggling to understand the layout, and how to actually put the orders through. Saddening when the customer just gives up and walk straight back out the door, meanwhile the employees don?t even stop to help them, just least the potential customers walk out the door, unsatisfied. Owner of the place should really go back to the face to face ordering method, if they don?t want to lose customers. It worked well, and there was a constant flow of subways getting made, customers in and out the shop.
You know it?s bad when you only trust one employee to actually listen to you and make your order right. Recently when I?ve been wanting one, I always have to check if he is working, then I know my subway will be made right. I?m sorry but I don?t know your name, the guy with the bandana on his head and I think he has long-ish hair. Huge shoutout to you! Deserves a pay rise! Thank you for making my weird subway perfect every time! ?

Twice I?ve been in now and the service has been awful. First time two workers (manager and employee) where shouting at each other and throwing tantrums at each other while making customers orders with a shop full of customers and they made both my orders wrong not to mention we waited in the shop for two subs for over 45 minutes!. Thought we?d give it a second chance and go again today and fair to say I?m not surprised that it was terrible again. I waited in the shop for my sub when they made someone?s order who came in after me which was a fairly big order when mine was one sub then he made it wrong again!! He used different bread than I ordered when I order the bread I wanted as it?s the only bread I like and will eat, didn?t even ask or say if I wanted a different bread if the one I wanted was out of stock or anything, and I waited for 30 mins for one sub again and it wasn?t even busy. Absolutely fed up with this place time and time again they fail to make a simple order and don?t even have the courtesy to tell me they don?t have what I have ordered and just assume I?ll want something else they choose. Avoid this place it is ran absolutely terribly.

Ordered via just eat, at 13.44 with delivery expected 14.15-14.35. At around 14.30 the status of order changed to delivered, I waited a further 15 mins and tried to call shop multiple times with no answer. I then used just eat to say delivery was late and also to be told it had been delivered and then the status change to due 14.50. It arrived at 14.58. All food was cold, sauce missing and still no answer on the phone! Absolutely terrible service. I also can't review on just eat as it's not showing as delivered! Disgraceful!

They now have self service machines right in front of counter, so instead of everything flowing nicely there are a dozen people hanging around, and the staff tripping over each other.
Even worse, despite it all being on the screens they still messed up my order, so they had to start again.

Don't like the new ordering system, pre ordering at a machine. Quite frustrated, opened the salad box and half the items were missing, even though it said exactly what I ordered on receipt. Not something you would think to check. Won't be using this again

Self service machines in front of the counter cause issues when wanting to order from a person and are very complicated to use. Waited over 30 mins to be served by a person, eventually walked out.

When i entered im greeted by machines that only take card and so no signs of taking cash. I wanted a 6 inch sub but couldnt find the option on the machine so i ended up with footing with the wrong sauce than i wished. The machine had registered a different sauce than to the one i picked.
