Usually they have the bugs and mice we need for our reptiles, just occasionally they have let us down but ye staff are really great and always want to help. They can usually find where we can get supplies if it's urgent.

Ordered dog food on line for delivery to store Monday now Tuesday evening still waiting to hear from them, luckily my delivery from Animed was early as had run out. Finished with Pets at Home.

We had just got ourselves a little puppy not too far from the shop and since it was our first time having a puppy my wife went into the store and asked the girl behind the desk what she needs kind of thing. Best food, Crate, Bed etc and the girl was brilliant and made sure we got all our promotional discounts and stuff and she did her job exceptionally well.I would highly recommend as when the harness was too small it was exchanged no problems and the girl found one that worked for our little pupper ??

Bought accessories for new puppy. Staff very friendly and able to answer questions. Also suggested bringing puppy to store to aid socialising. Will definitely take them up on the offer.
