“Unusually busy Sunday morning, had planned quick in and out after opening at 10, but busy , all self order monitors were taken by customers and I find it hard to stand/walk in queue, as awaiting surgery, the very observant sales wummin came over and offered a chair/help. Was much appreciated as I needed something that wasn't in stock and needed to order at different store, there was also a choice of free gifts available with purchase that I didn't want to miss out on!!!. Explained everything to her and she assured me and sorted it, much appreciated ?”
