After a mix up through interflora, flowers of Scotland managed to correct my order within 24hours and have it with me in time for Christmas. This was so appreciated as it was for the graveyard and meant a lot to me. Will be using them directly from now on! Thanks again to the staff, means a lot at this time of year.

Had a joke of a bunch of flowers delivered for my wife for looking after me after being very ill with covid. I paid £47 inc delivery and I could of got a better bunch of floers from Tesco for £15! Turns out I am not the only one with this problem, what does that tell you about this shop! Took photos and sent them to Interflora who were superb and fully refunded me once they saw the photo.I would steer clear of this shop if you want a nice bunch of flowers at a fair price! I would of left no stars if I could!Well done Interflora!
