Why do they have a telephone number? When you phone them the phone message says basically that they don?t answer calls.

Normally love this place and can pretty much get anything. Shame about the garden centre as so many plants not looked after and left to die. Was in on Friday with my 9 year old daughter and her 3 friends. I went into another shop and when I joined them at 825(shop open til 9) the kids had been shouted at for ?running? which another member of staff said no he was jogging to catch up, they were told not to make a mess and to hurry up as the manager wanted to get home(she was paid til 930) Said manager then shouted at staff and knocked a box over and shouted at the poor staff member to get it cleaned up. She then disappeared before I could have a word with her!! She obviously thought the kids were unaccompanied!! Shame the shift manager ?Lesley? does not know how to treat people !!

Always well laid out easy to find what I want, helpful staff if not. I like the speed at which other tills are opened up when queues start forming. Help with heavy items to my car sometimes without even asking - the service is offered. It could be my silver grey hair that prompts it :)).
