I am livid at the fact a doctor is practising in the surgery that has no empathy with his patients, nor does he listen or consider his actions regarding their mental health and even suggests that they Google their symptoms and follow what Google says. That's your local GP Doctor Kural. This man doesn't warrant the title doctor. He is a great disgrace to the profession rude and arrogantleaving patients traumatised after their appointments it's outrageous how he can continue when the surgery are more than aware of his actions and seem to accept and allow him to continue. I might as well sit at chair Google patients symptoms and pick up a big paycheck that the taxpayers pay it turns my stomach. I dread to think how an elderly person would be treated during one of his appointments. how many have gone on to have some severe ill health through lack of treatment from this doctor. If you have elderly parents that attend this practise, please make sure that they do not get this Doctor insist that they see another doctor. Nothing can be done to remove this doctor unless people put in a formal complaint register with the health board to get this doctor removed from this practise before someone takes their own live or die from a serious illness undetected by this man. Please just don't accept it. Do something about it.Thank god for Tracy and Dr Dash super amazing

Highly recomend to you do not use this Doctors if you can avoid doing so. The lack of care in the community is discusting. The attitude of the receptionist is appalling and clearly no training has been given. That said if being polite and understating someone's needs is something that you need trained on then you are clearly in the wrong job. If you manage to get an appointment then at best the level of care you will receive is low level at best. Its a reall shame in this day and age but little supprise. Finaly moveing doctors after years of poor advice and treatment. You get much better treatment and advice from the local chemest.Avoid at all costs...

Excellent care from all the team. Particular praise for Dr S Dash and Nurse Tracey Harland. They are most conscientious and very easy to talk to. The reception staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

The medical centre has easy access. I don't go often however when I need can appointment I never have to wait long to be seen.The staff are all plesent and friendly.Also has a great online repeat prescription facility.

Staff at this medical centre are a disgrace.They have no idea what to doI have went a few time to collect perceptions and they have either lost them or won't give it as it is not required yet where I only order it when I require it.Also phoned up for a emergency appointment they said can't give you one to busyThis surgery is a disgraceI wouldn't recommend you register hereAlso you don't even get an appointment with the main doctor and if you do it's after like a two weeks wait what's the point on that?Locum doctor isn't good either as he doesn't check what's wrong with you properly and wants U away in a hurry
