“I recently did Lash Lift training with Fiona.Fiona came across as extremely professional and knowledgeable.You can really tell she has a passion for her profession.There are two parts to the course:Prior to the training day I was given access to an online learning portal to complete various health and safety modules in my own time.The training day was held in Fiona's salon, Diva. Fiona was keen to learn a bit about my background and why I wanted to undertake the training.It was at this point we went through the Lash perfect Kit, read through the training manual and discussed the various products which are used during the treatment.Fiona arranged for a model to come in the morning so I could watch a treatment being carried out. Then, in the afternoon I had a model in to carry out the treatment myself - Fiona was on hand to help at points where I wasnt sure of myself or I just wasnt getting right.Once I had completed the treatment, we discussed how I felt the treatment had gone and Fiona directed me to troubleshooting points around the treatment in the manual.She was keen for me to complete additional case studies in order to build my confidence and reassured me she was on hand if I had any questions.I left the course at the end of the day excited to start practising!”
