“Dropped in on spec at Sunday lunchtime expecting a cafe and found a proper restaurant with fabulous loch-side location and views. A warm welcome was followed by a first class fish chowder and then some excellent cake. The staff were lovely and the service good. I had a bottle of Thistly Cross cider to drink. Very refreshing. By the time we left it was packed with locals, and a queue at the door. Not a surprise. Recommended.”
