Placed an order online at 5.30pm on a Sunday night, but by about 6.30pm it hadn't been delivered so phoned them. Was told that they were really busy and the delivery driver had just left, yeh right. By 7.20pm it still hadn't arrived, so I phoned back, and was told it was still out for delivery!! Anyway I cancelled the order, if it was actually out for delivery it would have been sitting for almost an hour, why would I want hours old cold food.Complained online and after a week got a reply from them, that they would refund my order and if I texted the owner? for my next meal I'd get a free £25 order, how generous I thought.So on Friday night I texted the number they gave me with all my details, but no reply after an hour. So I re-texted to ask what was happening, but still no reply!! So stuff them, I drove 6 miles to Glenrothes and ordered some food from the next closest takeaway.Anyway I have no idea if this place still cooks food as I've never managed to get any lately. This is the only takeaway in the Ladybank area, which is what they seem to rely on, worst service I've ever had. Needless to say, I'll never be back.

Really tasty. The vegetable sweet and sour was very good. Lots of fresh veggies. Chicken was cooked well too. Definitely ordering again.

Having read previous reviews, we were slightly hesitant in ordering from this takeaway, but were not disappointed at all as we had a lovely meal. The food was flavoursome and the staff were very friendly, would highly recommend. Looking forward to next time!

I was reluctant to order here last time I tried it was awful that was when it was the oriental cafe. I ordered today and can honestly say my faith has been restored I ordered sweet and sour king prawn Hong Kong style very nice lots of fresh veg and plenty of prawns nice rice too. I will order again.

Absolutely amazing takeaway ?????????????ignore the bad reviews their just trying to make this Chinese takeaway look bad so they don?t get any customers!!!!??The food is absolutely amazing The curries are amazing the rice is cooked properlyout of all of the Chinese takeaways I?ve tried this one has been the best one I?ve ever tried

Mum decided she wanted chinese so , as she lives in Ladybank , I went in personally & ordered. Waited about 15 mins for sweet & sour chicken balls , fried rice & banana fritters. There were 9 large chicken balls , lovely batter , crisp on the outside with a good chunk of chicken inside. Chicken moist. Fried rice & sauce were as you would expect. Had been apprehensive due to reading some reviews but have no complaints. Mum really enjoyed her 1st chinese meal in about 4 yrs.

This was a descent Chinese but ever since they got a new chef it's food is absolutely atroshus the meat was rubbery, the rice was dry, there was bearly anything included in the munch box and and the what's meant to be the salt and pepper shredded chicken it was covered in granulated sugar! Not to mension the chips weren't cooked properly either. Who ever hired the new chef sack him and get the old one back what has happened?!

Used to order from here all the time. Had a salt and pepper munch box a few weeks ago and it was tasteless. Thought maybe they were having a bad day. Had it again tonight and it was covered in this red powder which was spicy yet tasteless. Someone needs to go in and show them how to cook. Also the online order does not work. Won't be going back!!!

Having a £30+ Credit from a previous disastrous meal, finally plucked up the courage to use it, to be told - Under New Ownership! How typical! Decided to go ahead anyway, with the order, despite the Credit not being recognised, although a slight discount was eventually given. Big mistake! Some of the food in breadcrumbs was grossly over cooked (burned) and the general flavour of the meal in general was bland. Noodles were totally flavourless, despite me dowsing them in Soya Sauce. Extremely disappointing, especially when they?re taking up space in a small Village!!! AVOID!!!

Over 2 hours waiting, despite website saying 45min wait. Tried to phone numerous times, no answer. Went in and asked, got abuse from girl with glasses behind till. They also told us their phone doesn?t work and that their delivery driver has done a runner. If that?s the case then why do you still have your website open for delivery orders? More people could be ordering and still waiting on food but won?t get it. Pointed out that if their landline isn?t working, they could use their mobiles to alert customers they won?t be getting their orders. But they chose not to. Drove to Cupar to the New Century and got the same order in 15 mins. Will use them in future over here.

Took 2 hours to arrive, was freezing cold & had dish missing. When I called them they refused to refund missing dish, refused to give me the owners contact details, laughed at me and then hung up!
