Went in to get some concealer wanting to try a new brand but wasn?t sure of the match?I got a young girl called Paige who helped me find a better concealer that was the perfect match. She went out her way to help me it was much appreciated.They are all always very helpful and it?s a great place to shop.

The young blonde assistant on the shop floor today was very unhelpful as I enquired about a particular makeup product that I was looking for. I described numerous times what I was looking for and that I had seen it advertised and she said that she didn?t know what I meant and that the product I picked up ?must be it?.
She didn?t look through the products or ask another member of staff their opinion.
I feel as a member of the older generation, she looked at me as though I was stupid and wasting her time.
I wouldn?t recommend the service in this store after that experience.

Excellent service from Sole Trading Company, in the Regent Centre. Made a flawless job of restoring and tidying up 2 pairs of my favourite ankle boots. Went for a complete colour change on 1, from tan to black and the finish is first class. A 3rd excellent job on re-heeling and tidying up my trusty cowboys boots too! ?? ????????

It's a small Superdrug,so choice is limited.It's always clean and tidy,the staff are very friendly and helpful.I love Superdrugs own products,they are good quality, good value for money. I love animals,so the fact that most of their products are cruelty free and vegan,means so much to me.????
