Terrible service at the Kirkham branch the coffee machine broke down so they gave me credit for another Latte so when I went back in the miserable tiny Asian guy who was serving me disputed it and begrudgingly gave me a normal coffee actually pulling the part that produces the throthy bit off so I actually got a normal nearly black coffee. Terrible terrible service won?t be going back they had no idea of customer care

Popped in for a coffee, dispatched from machine, coffee was cold, not even warm. I asked for a heat up, which was done in micro wave, for possibly 30 sscs, it was still cold, showing how cold it initially was. I asked again for a reheat, this time microwaved for about 1 min 30 secs, piping hot, enough to leave scalded feeling in mouth, but hot it was. Ha, ha. These machines need checked for temperature and adjustments built in, to allow for a hotter coffee. Not a coffee afficionado, but have read up on temperatures and taste etc, coffee beans need hot water to bring out flavour.

This is the 4th time I have ordered a veggie delight and it has came with NO ingredients on the sub. Staff are incapable of reading and preparing a correct order

Can?t really comment if the food is good as they didn?t deliver my actual bloody sub. The number to call doesn?t work. My boyfriend ordered me another which was really sweet, to which a veggie plant patty with *NOTHING* on it got delivered with a note saying they didn?t have veggie steak. It looked like prison food. This means the first time, they didn?t even attempt to fix not giving me a £7 sub (plus the money my boyfriend spent trying to get me a replacement, bless him) Absolutely shocking. They also didn?t attempt to call us, just a lie as I checked for any missed calls at all! Not to be a Karen, but I won?t be back.

Ordered through the app and both subs were wrong.If you have an allergies and have ordered a specific sub, I would urge you to check it before biting into it.Very poor service considering it was an app order.

Yesterday i order for a vegetarian sub with harshbrown but i got bacon in it. I am vegetarian. I eat half sub with bacon.

Absolutely love this place! The one place in kirky I can get the meatiest sandwich with vegan cheese! I am not vegan (obvs) just cany take dairy and this place caters... Fantastic job guys best sandwiches in kirky xxx
