I was in the kirkie branch today and was greeted by Suzanne who was absolutely amazing ? she made me feel as ease with my withdrawal and talked me through the procedure. Suzanne was very pleasant ?? thank you very much.

2 staff at his store are awful - very poor customer service and have an awful attitude. they are the kind of individuals that are in the wrong job they have a preset button that they do not like people let alone customers. been a loyal customer for 20 odd years never had problem other branches are polite and functional it seems this branch wants to close as they deliberately mistreat customers. hate needing to go into this branch completely. getting appendix and gallbladder removed through surgery is less painful. maybe they should change job and go follow their dream as clearly they do not like or have ability to deal with people. santander must really hate their customers. i suggest coal mining below ground where you deal with inanimate objects might be a good choice for job.

I've never had any problems with this or any branch of Santander, formerly Abbey National. I have always found the staff courteous and helpful.

This is another Santander Branch, that no longer exists. After driving past, its said location via Google Maps, it's no longer there, & looks like it has been gone, for a few years now. As mentioned in my previous post, about the Santander Branch in Springburn. The nearest Santander Branch, to where I stay in Bishopbriggs now, is in Glasgow City Centre, in St Enoch Square next to Argyle Street. I would bell them first, to make sure it's not a wasted journey, if I needed to go into said St Enoch Branch. Sincerely Folks, JJM Glasgow Scotland UK :-) :-)

Absolute disgrace of a place. Was approached by a member of staff and I asked if she could verify my ID as I am a Santander customer and she was very rude and abrupt told that she will not do it and doesn?t need to do if they don?t want to and then said if she knew me personally she would have!!! I have held an account for over 20years with this bank think it?s time to change banks

This branch refurbished it's layout in early 2020 and it has been a welcomed improvement. On each visit there has been a lovely staff member guiding customers to either the tellers or the ATM machine (and offering to assist with it's use if needed). The tellers have always been very pleasant with me and quick in their work. Even the bankers that I have had meetings with to discuss changes to my account and applications for bank services have always been curteous. I have really enjoyed my many experiences with this branch.

Not open on a Saturday for those of us who work during the week, to small, staff trying to sell you stuff and if you are going to give older people advice about online services do it a bit more privately.

Staff very nice but a bit heavy on the selling. When everyone in the queue is within 12 inches of you it's not really a great idea to ask someone about their home insurance policies. Yes, I'll confirm my name and date of birth, full address and postcode and I'll advise you what items I have of value and how much I'm insured for. All the while half the queue is taking notes. You can literally feel the other customers breath on you the place is so intimate!
