Worst shop ever, so bad just do yourself a favour and go somewhere else the gold price is currently £24 a gram 9ct gold and in this shop they want to pay £16 per gram but if you buy from them they want you to pay £46

Went to sell a chain.was given a price of 300.
Had to go drive to drunk e to get.my passport and then back.
Only to then be offered 150..
Absolutely wasted my morning and insult to myself.
Girl behind the glass has also damaged my chain which is 14 ct gold and she's telling me it's 9 when it's been appraised by other competent jewellers before.
If you want an honest price for your jewellery DONT GO THERE..

I sold some old gold & silver jewellery on two occasions & was happy with the amount I received. However the third & last time, the jewellery I handed in included a 14carat gold necklace. I didn't know it was a reasonably valuable piece of jewellery until my friend seen it for sale in the window for just under £300. She has an identical one & thought I knew the value. I was given £55 for the necklace, two other gold chains & three pairs of small gold studs. Avoid Ramsdens, especially if it's the manager who serves you.

Went to cash a cheque but they refused as the cheque was 11 days old and they wont cash a cheque that's older than 10 days even though there website makes no mention of this fact
