I visited Optical Express in Kirkintilloch with my Grandfather to get his well overdue eye test he was very anxious about going to the Opticians and going through the test, when we arrived Louise put my grandfather at ease straight away with such a warm welcome explaining everything to him with such kindness & care, I was invited into the test room with my grandfather by the Optician Blair such a lovely young guy who again explained everything while carrying out the eye test. My grandfather left after choosing new glasses with a smile and a wee spring in his step, such a lovely experience, I would highly recommend. Thank you Louise & Blair

What a fabulous experience at optical express Kirkintilloch today. Everything was so straight forward and simple. A huge thanks to Louise for her customer service, she was really friendly. I enjoyed our chat and the help with picking the right frames for me. She gave me the confidence to try something a little bolder than I would have picked on my own. This is such a great team in this store, I will definitely look forward to my future visits.

Today i had the privilege of visiting optical express Kirkintilloch for a much needed running repair on my variable bifocals.
I would just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff members for all of their help, especially Louise who was a fountain of knowledge, very professional, and extremely helpful, alleviating all my concerns.
Louise was calming throughout the whole experience, and i would recommend this outlet without hesitation.
I will certainly be returning in the very near future.

The only reason this company gets one star is the optician is a really nice guy. But Louise his lady behind the counter has the worst skills ever she's rude and disrespectful and a lier. We have raised a complaint but as usual not taken seriously. The way she treated my young daughter was terrible. Me and my wife have wore glasses for a 30 plus years can the service you get is the worst we have ever experienced. They have lost our custom for good if you have young children I urge you to go elsewhere where

Staff were very welcoming from the onset. Each stage of the eye test was explained in a simple and positive manner. There was wide selection of frames to choose from and staff were very patient while I made my choice.

Excellent service on my recent visit to optical express. The staff could never t have been more helpful. They had excellent knowledge of all aspects. Blair the optometrist was excellent with all aspects of my eye test. H took time to explain all aspects of the eye examination.

Went to optical express Kirkintilloch today for an eye app the optician was great and put my mind at ease.I also got some new glasses which the person who helped me (not sure of his name) was brilliant so so helpful. The staff were so lovely, thank you. Great experience as always in there ???
