Arrived in the restaurant to be told that they were only open for drive through. Went through the drive through to be told that the ?machines weren?t working?.

And yes McDonalds Kirkintilloch did it again. Didn?t put in my grandsons burger or mine. Paid for it though. The drive through was shut so yes it was busy but no excuse to make you pay for something and then don?t get it.
Another thing please stop interrupting clients when taking an order via the drive through with those famous words ?Anything else ? and you haven?t even got past one part of your order. I am sure we are capable of say when we have finished ordering something like that?s everything . It is the most disrespectful thing to interrupt someone. Please change your teaching on this.
You need to take responsibility for incorrect orders whether at the drive through, in store or via just eat. You packed it wrong in the first place. I wonder how many millions McDonalds make from not filling orders correctly. Get it right will you?

As with most customers that come here you have too check the bag that they give you as there is always items missing that?s what I do now the management need to mange there staff better in here far far too many mistakes being made it?s making me avoid the whole place altogether

Chips were missing and food was cold. Got a refund for the chips but as the delivery was on time was basically told tough. So the food must have been not very warm when leaving the shop.
