I got an emergency appointment due to an accidental injury to my cornea. My eye was checked by the 2 opticians working that day and I felt everything was explained clearly and I was provided with both treatment and knowledge to help prevent infection. I'm very grateful as I had wrongly thought it would probably just sort itself out, so I am very glad I called. So an extra thank you to both staff who helped me.

All the girls were helpful, friendly and professional.My appointment was on time for an eye test which was carried during the many procedures quickly and efficiently.The results were that I needed no change to my prescription.It was a joy to get that standard of service from your team.
