“On holiday at Old North Inn, on way to Inverness car shock absorber mounting broke. Asked at hotel if they knew a good garage and they recommended Russell's garage. It was just down the road from hotel which was ideal. Phoned first thing in morning, they were very helpful, sourced part straight away and fitted me in during morning. Phoned me back before lunchtime with car fixed so I could still go out that day and enjoy holiday. Very pleased with service, excellent garage.”

“We stayed one night at the Old North Inn. It's classed as a two star, but really deserves more. The room was modern, clean and fresh and equipped with a kettle, tea and coffee making facilities, a mini fridge, a huge TV with netflix and heater if needed, but the heating was on and we were very cosy. Very comfortable bed, beautiful fluffy white towels. We had a very peaceful night's sleep. Following a quick, smooth check in, we ate in the restaurant for dinner and the food was excellent and served with a beautiful smile. Breakfast was lovely, we had the full Scottish with tattie scone and my husband had the haggis. The man who was our server ( perhaps the owner?) was extremely pleasant, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. He even came out with extra items of food and offered them around, which made the experience feel very homely. He even offered fruit to guests who were leaving. There is plenty of parking available as well. 10/10 for everything.”
