It was geared toward kids more than adults. There was a large indoor soft play area but no monitoring of ages and users. Teenagers on there with 18 month old babies. An outdoor play area and a cafe that had a reasonable offering but it eas like sitting in a school canteen with sticky tables and food on the floor. As I say the food was OK, nothing special. The factory shop was a complete rip off. I live near Hotel de Chocolat factory shop which is far far cheaper than here.
Sorry not impressed.

Just popped in to buy kits for the workshops. They had zero stock - the shop had poor stock in general.
They did say we could order and they could send to us - but we're in the area for days on holiday.
Ice cream was nice though.

Third time visiting and it never disappoints. The kids love the chocolate making class, the food is great, the play area is good fun. Staff friendly. Highly recommend ?

Nice experience for the kids making chocolate bars etc and good soft play/ open play area for after. A touch on the expensive side with food and souvenirs.

Took my nephew here and he absolutely loved it. Staff are very friendly and great with the kids. Lots to do here, definitely check it out.

Great place for family day out. Both indoor and outdoor playgrounds were good fun. Didn't do chocolate making as our wee one is still too small for that, but will be back.

Brilliant place for kids. Great indoor soft play area, big outdoor play area. Cafe has a great selection of food, food that we had was amazing. Kids loved the chocolate making. Definitely worth the money.
