Lovely little cafe. We turned up a little late for a breakfast roll but there were plenty of other good menu choices. In common with a lot of other places in the town, this was cash only, which had us all scrambling around in our pockets to see if/what we could eat. The idea of all chipping in to buy lunch was slightly off-putting, almost a bit embarrassing - this was ultimately reflected in our conservative order. Being on holiday usually means out-out but left feeling a little disappointed in our failure to explore the full range of delights on offer here.

A lovely little cafe. Nice coffee and tasty Scones. A nice place if you like to enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Will go again when I go to Kirkcudbright next time.

What a great little cafe, food was plentiful and delicious. Very helpful and friendly staff. We will be back on our next trip as it was so beautiful. Highly Recommended.

It's OK, empire biscuit was clearly burnt on one side which they had turned to the inside ,it tasted burnt too.

Excellent food and service. The soups of the day are delicious, so are the scones. Excellent place.

Lovely little cafe, called in for breakfast while charging my EV. Friendly staff willing to help with allergy issues and the food produced was excellent. Highly recommended calling in if passing.
Be warned though no card transactions, cash only but cash can be withdrawn two doors away.
Dietary restrictions: I would say that half the menu can be made gluten free. Many gf cakes etc. The staff seem knowledgeable about dietary issues and very willing to help with the menu.

We popped in for lunch and we're glad we did. A great prawn and avocado salad and I had a meat feast focaccia sandwich. Both super tasty with fresh ingredients. The staff were friendly and attentive and finally the background music was excellent

Great lunch here with the kids yesterday. Extremely nice and efficient staff with some well chosen lunch meals and snacks. I recommend the haggis cheesy chips, with a Coke float.
