We just popped in to see the lighthouse and view.Stunning vista and magical. Ailsa Craig in the distance adds to the magic. The drive there is very scenic, narrow roads add to the atmosphere and when one of the ferry's goes by...wow!The staff are friendly, we e joyed a coffee and the biggest, delicious short bread in the foyer as dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. Very cosy!

We popped in to the hotel for coffee & a cream scone, and boy was it amazing. A hotel in a lighthouse, need I say more, but I will. Amazing atmosphere, warm friendly staff, and views to die for. We even got a tour of some rooms, which we will definately by booking soon.

A wonderful time in a magical place. The food was phenomenal and the owners were so welcoming and hospitable. We stayed the only one night but wish we could have stayed more. ?

We were the only people in the hotel, and got treated like royalty :-) The food was amazing, the location was stunning and the room was very comfortable. Would highly recommend a visit, if you can.

Beautiful lighthouse, but the road is far too narrow just to look at (at least with a motorhome). As a hotel it looks really wonderful ?We just wanted to take photos, difficult with the motorhome because there was no parking space ?

What a wonderful experience revisiting corsewell lighthouse.Myself and my wife had stayed before and enjoyed it so much we had to go back. We Will visit again in the future I'm sure. The location and accommodation is so unusual it's a magical experience. The food is excellent as is the service. This is not a 5 star hotel but who cares when it's so quirky and unusual.A cracking base to explore this far flung part of Scotland. So much to do and see from a visit to portpatrick to the Logan botanics and many more.Isle of whithorn and mull of Galloway all just a short drive away. Some fantastic walks including cliffs and beaches. Will look forward to our next visit.
