Just had an absolute joke of a woman behind the till, short blond hair if you are ever unlucky enough to encounter her, watch out. Accidentally scanned an item twice so cancelled it and as the till asked 'cancel item?' she just roared 'WHAT ARE YOU DOING?' while serving another customer. I actually had to ask her if she was talking to me I couldn't quite believe it, thought she was shouting at a shoplifter ir something. She kept roaring at me about something as she carried on serving the other person, i couldn't even get a word in . She's going to end up speaking to the wrong person like that, people in hospital are usually pretty stressed. I would usually have roared back but I'm in hospital with my sick little one and my heads not where it normally is. She's lucky!

Price gouging of the highest order, absolute scum taking advantage of vulnerable folk who can't leave the hospital. Should be illegal, everyone involved should be ashamed. WH Smith are a disgrace.
