Just had an absolute joke of a woman behind the till, short blond hair if you are ever unlucky enough to encounter her, watch out. Price gouging of the highest order, absolute scum taking advantage of vulnerable folk who can't leave the hospital. Should be illegal, everyone involved should be ashamed. WH Smith are a disgrace.
