I was referred to this pharmacy by a member of my GP practice when I had an ear infection.
I got an appointment the same day.
The staff at the East Wemyss Pharmacy were excellent, friendly and helpful.
I was examined by Margaret who explained everything to me.
The pharmacist, Michelle, then gave me a prescription to treat my infection and explained how to take the medication.
I highly commend the staff at this pharmacy for the service they provide. It?s a pleasure to visit here.

Lovely friendly staff who are very accommodating and patient. The staff are always happy to help and when they can't, will point you in the right direction. A lovely little local pharmacy who have the best delivery driver who delivers the meds with a chat and a smile, lovely guy!

great local pharmacy. the staff are fantastic and very knowledgeable. the queues are sometimes long but doesn?t take ages to get served. would definitely recommend as it does everything you would expect and more from a pharmacy.

Absolute joke of a place ,pharmacist does not seem to listen to what you are actually saying to them and will diagnose you from the other end of the room whilst sorting someone elses medicine ,not to happy to hand out medicine to help you at all ,three times ive been in and three times ive been fobbed off with some poor excuse not to medicate the issue ,absolute joke ,supposed to be patient centered care i think not .
Crucially, it must meet the patient's individual needs and wants, and enable them to make their own decisions. So putting it all together, patient-centred pharmaceutical care is enabling patients to make the best use of their medicines by involving them in decisions about their own care. Not in this pharmacy it is not

I was visiting from USA and I got conjunctivitis on weekend. I couldn?t find anywhere that could see me and on a chance went in. They were lovely people who gave me a prescription and very reasonable prices. You saved my holiday im forever grateful

Every time I go my prescription is not ready or they don't have it in. It's supposed to be because its on a 2 monthly repeat.I had new prescription today. It was personal. I was glad I was only one in the shop because otherwise everyone would've known I was there for some intimate treatment and HRT. Can the staff not keep there voice down and be discreet?As it was, it wasn't in, I have to go back tomorrow.Hopefully will be in then.Main concern is confidentiality though. I wad dead embarrassed.
