I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at your bookshop today. I inquired about reading books in dyslexia-friendly print suitable for 9-12 year olds, expecting a large bookstore like yours to cater to diverse readers. Unfortunately, I was told you don't stock any dyslexia-friendly books in this age range, and the staff couldn't offer any recommendations. The only suggestion was to order a specific book if I knew the title or you had a book about dyslexia. Given the size and reputation of your store, I had anticipated a more inclusive selection.
