Great booking experienceI phoned TUI in Kirkcaldy and had the pleasure of speaking with Katie. She was very efficient and took down all the specifications that we were looking for on our holiday.We are a family of 5, travelling with a disabled child, so I was quite anxious to find somewhere wheelchair accessible and inclusive.Katie found exactly what we were looking for, sending me a full specification of the hotel. This explained where the ramps were, where there were steps, and also requesting a ground floor room for us. It was great to have all the information about the accessibility of the hotel so we know for certain that it will be suitable for us. Katie took me through the booking process. She made it all so easy. She was kind, polite, and gave great customer service. I really appreciate all her help as she has made something I was extremely anxious about so easy and explained everything very well. Thank you, Katie. i really appreciate all of your help ?

Finally got our holiday booked after weeks of looking myself and getting no where fast! I spoke to katie at Tui Kdy and explained what I was looking for and all in the same day she found me the perfect place for the kids and were all booked up! Thank you for answering all my questions - quick, easy and painless process! will defo be back to katie for future holidays ? xx

Booked a cruise recently and the level of service was superb, Joy was so knowledgeable and helpful. Thats the second holiday we have booked and both times Joy has been excellent. We will be back next year and look forward to getting assistance from Joy again.

Went to kdy store to get more information on a holiday I wanted to book. Customer service was great i got served by Joy who was really friendly and funny, she gave me loads of info of everything I needed to know and more. I will deffo be going back to her when I book the holiday

Booked my summer holiday recently and was very impressed by the standards of customer service at the store. I was served by Shannon and she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about my destination. I was booked in no time at all and the process was easy and hassle free. I would definitely recommend TUI Kirkcaldy for anyone looking for great customer service and knowledge about their destination.

Booked several holidays with Cheryl from the TUI Kirkcaldy branch. Always available if we have any queries and is always efficient when getting back to us on the many questions or requests we may have. If we have asked for anything after the point of booking ie info or upgrades etc then it?s the same fantastic service we get. Would recommend. :)

Was struggling to find our ideal family holiday for 2024 online so went into the Kirkcaldy branch, we told Laura everything we were looking for and she managed to find a holiday which ticked all the boxes. Would never have found it online looking myself so really does pay off to go instore, there are even better deals to be found than what?s online too! Can?t thank Laura and the team at Kirkcaldy enough and will be going in to book any future trips going forward.

I have booked a couple of holidays with Tui and have always had great service . Our last holiday was booked through Laura at the Kirkcaldy store who was a great help , got us a great deal with the holiday. Hotel was fab and just what we had been looking for . Luckily Laura had also been on holiday there so was able to advise us with great places to visit while there.The process was easy and quick, normally I would do it online and spend hours looking through package holidays and getting completely confused. Thanks again Laura.Will definetly book with Tui (and Laura) again.

I have booked multiple holidays with Tui, the store in Kirkcaldy particularly. Cheryl has worked for the company for years and she is phenomenal at her job. I give her my rough budget and some hints at the experiences I would like to have without a shadow of doubt she gets to work and never lets me down. I have 2 teenage sons and thanks to cheryl, I have travelled the world with them and made the most incredible memories/experiences. I have never booked a holiday with tui and not enjoyed myself. I know booking through tui I always have contentment and security of knowing I am going to have a good time, no matter the destination. I cannot recommend Tui Kirkcaldy & Cheryl enough to start planning and creating your families next experience, she really does go above and beyond to make our dreams come true.
