I am a bit late in typing this review but in November 2023 I really needed assistance and advice on how to go about getting a loan, the app was not working in my favour so an appointment was set up and I met Denise who spoke me through the process and how it works, Denise was efficient and very knowledgeable as well as understanding of my situation.
I landed up getting the loan I needed and it changed everything for me in that moment. All the staff were friendly and professional. Thank you to the team at Kirkcaldy TSB and Denise who I believe was filling in from another branch for the day.

Wouldn't let my girlfriend transfer or withdraw money from her savings account after she used the Current Account Switch Service to move her current account to another bank.They (the store manager) said she must open another current account with TSB if she wants to have access to the money from her savings account.Is this even allowed or legal? Sounds like something that should be reported to the financial ombudsman to me.
