I saw a baby monitor and online at Toytown and popped into your Store in The Mercat Kirkcaldy High Street to enquire. I was served by an assistant called Sandra Livingston, who was such a great help. Only one baby monitor was left, actually on window display. Sandra confidently explained how it worked, was friendly, knew the product well, I was very happy to purchase it and glad I'd caught the last one. The younger Assistant with Sandra was also helpful. What a delightful. Store. ???????????

Absolutely flabbergasted by their code of conduct, I asked for a store front item and was refused, because the manager said it was "too far to reach" this just indicate that they are not going for the effort of reshelving the products and not even sell them. Do not recommend. If you see something you like to purchase, make sure it's not stopped a pesky removable blockage!!

Easily accessible for wheelchairs. Good variety of toys and games for all ages with some sale items over a number of different sections. From pocket money items to larger more expensive ones most preferences are catered for. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this store based on this visit.
