Christmas staff placed breakables in bottom of plastic bag with more items on top, was offered to get it doubled up, herd manager if your going to do that charge then for it, when given bag handle snapped and it fell to the ground, first thing manager did was tut and say well have to get someone to clean this now, they they said to me I suppose you'll be wanting a refund then, others in cue behind me heard this and were not amused by his attitude, may have to go elsewhere in future
